This past week.....

Well, I didn't stay on plan (OP) the entire week as I've been struggling with a pretty bad cold since last Thursday. But the good news is, with being sick, I really didn't want to eat anything at all.... It definitely is a challenge to stay on track when you're not a 100%. But I still lost 6 pounds this week - so I'm TAKING IT and calling it a success :-)

So Far So Good......

So far so good. I've been tempted already several times. Last night was a doozy. Work-related stress out the ying-yang and man, I SOOOOO wanted to just stop at a fast food joint and pig out!!! But guess what? I didn't - WOOHOO!! :-) Score one point there for Cindy! Today I have a cold. Right in time for the weekend, wouldn't you know it. And those pesky little kidney stones are hurting me this morning, of course. Yet again, I am going to have to fight through this. When I don't feel good, the last thing I want to do is worry about a diet. BUT I can master this day, too - I know I can :-)

A Little Inspiration To Help Start Off On The Right Foot!

And so it begins......

Medifast!!

After many, many, many, many attempts at losing weight, I have finally decided to keep a food journal in hopes that I will be able to hold myself accountable for the food I put in my mouth AND keep myself motivated along the way.

Weight loss has always been a struggle for me, as with most people, and I realize that the key to losing weight is really in your mind!  You can lose weight with any diet, you just need to have the motivation and willpower to stick with it, and trust me, that's hard! 

My choice of diet (this time) is Medifast!  I originally began in July, but after some major bumps in the road with my family, I am starting anew.

Please join me on my journey as I can use all the encouragement I can get!!  And if you're struggling with an addiction yourself, be it food, soda, caffeine, whatever, hopefully I will be able to inspire you as well.  Anything is possible! 

Here's to being healthy and feeling good!! :-)
